Windows 10 support officially ends on October 14, 2025. That date isn’t flexible. It’s not a warning. It’s a hard deadline—after which Microsoft will no longer provide updates, security patches, or technical assistance for devices running the OS. That alone is a serious issue. But what’s worse is how many businesses are about to discover they can’t upgrade their existing computers to Windows 11. Not because of software—but because of hardware. 

This isn’t just a technology refresh. It’s a mandatory transition that’s already affecting tens of thousands of organizations. And if you haven’t had this conversation with your IT team yet, it’s time.

Most Computers Built Before 2018 Won’t Make the Cut

Microsoft has imposed strict minimum system requirements for Windows 11. These aren’t just suggestions—they’re hard limitations.
