Will you come onsite?

Yes. 7.1% of our support tickets were closed onsite last year.  Every contract includes onsite support in LA.

Where are you?

The better question is where aren’t we?  Our engineers live at the red pins, and our HQ is noted in blue.  Since you want to know how quickly we’ll get there, typical weekday traffic is shown.

What about 24*7 support?

Yes even our 24×7 support is handled by our LA team, no offshore help here.

Do you work with big or small companies?

If you have 50-300 employees in LA, we have the expertise, tools, and reliable technologies you’ll need now and in the next 5 years to work where, when, and how you decide.

What technologies do you support?

We drank the kool-aid; we’re 100%-in on Microsoft.  We have been since the Gates era.  Windows PCs, Windows Servers, Office365, Azure, Intune, & Defender – that’s our stack

Will you onboard our new employees, with new hardware?

Yes.  We’ll create an account, configure their computer to your documented security standard, preinstall all your software, and either ship or deliver onsite in LA.

Will you offboard our leavers?

Yes.  We remove that user’s license, forward their email, and wipe their devices.

Do you bill for project work?

Yes, just like your current MSP.

What’s off the table completely?

Thanks to our insurance company, we won’t work on ladders, in attics, or move your furniture.

Can you provide us with hardware?

Yes.  The most common are PCs, monitors, docking stations, firewalls, & printers.  We rarely sell servers.  It takes us 1-2 business days to provide units in stock, or 3x that long for special orders with limited stock.  Pricing is competitive with CDW.

Do we have to commit to 3 years?

Nope, just 3 months.  And that initial term is 111% guaranteed if you have us onsite for an assessment during the sales process.

What’s your 111% guarantee?

Are you dissatisfied for any reason during your first three months with us?  Well, we promised you wouldn’t be.  So we’ll take everything you’ve spent on our services in that 3 month window and hand it back to you, plus that 11% kicker.  But this guarantee requires an onsite visit.  You can schedule one right here, or call (855) 525-3885.
