GenCare

I am hoping to get a first look at Microsoft Designer soon!  I can’t wait to see what AI enabled applications bring to the table. It will be interesting to explore all of its features and see how it all of us more productive. I am confident that Microsoft Designer will be a game changer in the world of design.  As Open AI and Microsoft move those of us in the eco system from traditional apps to AI Copilots apps, those that take advantage of the technologies will see big productivity gains.  It’s certainly an exciting time to be in the IT world.

AI Training

Of course, like with any new, game changing technology, there will be challenges.  In discussions with an IT Manager at one of our clients the issues of training staff on use of the AI based applications was a major topic of concern.

Training staff to use AI-enabled apps can be a challenging task. One of the main difficulties is that many people are not familiar with AI technology and may not understand how it works. This can make it difficult for them to use AI-enabled apps effectively. Additionally, AI technology is constantly evolving, which means that staff members will need to be trained on new features and updates regularly. This can be time-consuming and expensive for companies. Finally, some staff members may be resistant to change and may not want to learn how to use new technology. This can make it difficult to transition to AI-enabled apps in the workplace.
